A few people have asked me how I am, so here is a ramble which may or may not enlighten. I'm sorry about the wind noise. I thought it wouldn't be as bad as it is, and I added some background music to try and detract from it a bit but it's probably made it harder to hear me. It will have to do. I honestly don't have the energy to fiddle.

  • I know somebody who bought a beach hut near me for £15,000 & that was a couple of years ago!

  • They're a ridiculous price. You can barely sit inside them they're so small, and who would want to sit all in a row like that? Bizarre.

  • Just relax and take it easy... When you get your strength back we'll see you again, or not if you decide to move on... Whatever happens, I hope you enjoy your journey...

  • Thanks. :) Just letting go makes a huge difference. Finding a space in which to be creative. It's so much better here for that.

  • Sorry to hear you have had a bad time of it lately. It seems you need to find your soul again or do things that are good for your soul. Look after yourself. I hope things change for the better very soon.

  • Thanks Philip. I've grown a lot through all this, but it's time for a rest now.

  • I'm so sorry to torture you with the sea. Maybe you should get yourself to it somehow. As for skimming stones, it's one of the things I'm completely useless at. My mother was a master at the art and I was a great disappointment in this respect. I'd invite you to see the sea and teach me but I doubt you'd be able to either. I put it down to being left handed but that's probably an excuse. lol

Thanks for your well wishings. Hope your project is going well and you are getting some thinking time.

  • Geesh! I can't take it! Skim a stone! Go on! No? Ah well - your rib must hurt too much. I'm so sorry you've been having such a rubbish time. At least you're somewhere more peaceful now. I miss the ocean so much, I did some of my best ten year old's thinking by the sea watching the waves - next time your there, and your rib's up to it, skim a stone for me will ya? Take care and be well.

    :o)

    Gary

  • I'm further along than I was anticipating, but it's a nice peaceful place. Enjoy your winter in Shropshire, :)

  • I will, and thanks my friend. :)
