Look and Read - Badger Girl 8 - Part 1

Look and Read was (and still is) an English skills programme that dressed its lessons up around a different storyline each series. This one was from 1984, and involved The Kids foiling a group of dodgy-looking pony-rustlers.

@TheWorstWarlock I think we all liked the television room - perhaps not for the programmes, but for half an hour free of lessons while the teacher sneaked out for a cigarette (if they were all like alandavid in the comment from last year!)

Thanks for the profile message and all your comments on my videos - it's great to know that I'm bringing memories back to people who grew up with the same programmes I did :)

I know that there are more Badger Girl episodes on the old videos somewhere, but I live on a different continent now and I'm waiting for my parents to send over another batch of rescued videos. When they arrive, I'll certainly work to get them up as well!

@TributeToThePast Yeah, it always seemed like such a relief to get to watch TV instead of having to do worksheet after bloody worksheet. I despised school.
