It's usually a complicated process finding out how people learn in the begining of life but science has to go there many times wich often times is the most reasonable palce to go.

The technical term for Steve's condition is conduction aphasia. Following his stroke damage was caused to the connection between parts of his brain responsible for speech production (Broca's area) and speech comprehension (Wernicke's area). He can produce words but has difficulty in retrieving words and describing things.
