@theygunaHATEME : No he wasn't cleared of all. He was convicted of 1 and it led to his resignation in 1998 (just had 2 do a paper on it for my college gov class).

@Gnostic88 He said that the Civil Rights Act of 1965 didn't fully achieve the goal of the Civil Rights Movement. It forced people who to associate with. It told people who to hire. It tried to create a non-genuine society. And anyone who thinks that Paul would repeal the Civil Rights Act of 1965 now is wrong. There are way more important issues.

@DemonosZXZ Not at the expense of sending civil rights back before 1960? I admit i agree with alot of Ron Pauls policies some of them are damn good and I like his earnest demeanor, but the racial/sexual discrimination is a deal breaker.

@Gnostic88 your right but in respect of the real issues he has been saying the same things and he went against status quo and got laughed at and kept going that shows dedication and I think someone who stuck to his guns in politics which is incredibly rare should be giving a fair shot dont you?
