Creative freeform flow body core strength training using Swiss fitness stability ball. Effective & efficient whole body killer toning workout in short order.

Unconventional pilates & yoga based stretching & strengthening exercises including inversion preps for handstand & elbow stand or forearm balance. Suitable for intermediate to advanced level fit enthusiasts with decent kinetic awareness.

Feet on ball increases balance challenge and weight bearing pushups & pike-ups stimulate muscle building.

Riding the wave of energy with movement & breath to greater expansion, fully present & awake with each moment.

Discover endless possibilities while having a ton of fun secretly getting stronger, more flexible & better balanced!

Dusting off the old fitness ball to explore & restore, like riding a bike, rolling skills come back pretty quick.

  • Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my BF got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • great form

    thanks for the demo

A bad spill on hardwood floors spells disaster for me, have osteopenia, precursor to osteoporosis, runs in the family.

Did kinda hard landing from kneeling on ball so standing would be extra scary! Best I stick with low to ground stuff in case of mishaps.

Rick- thanks for providing inspiration to me & others on youtube!

  • @NelsonYogaInversions Mmm I'm not sure I ever grew up in the first place.....!

  • @NelsonYogaInversions Yeah, I'm well aware of TJONTHEBALL, she is amazing. So are you, at what you do. I just thought that if you wanted new things to conquer....

Anyway, if you do, take some time to learn how to handle the forward roll off. Your hardwood floors aren't the best thing to take a bad spill on. You're doing some really great stuff.

Yes should clarify ancient art of nada= DOING nothing zero zilch zip none...

Can be very therapeutic ya know? Glad I found meditation to help clarify the mystery before succumbing!

Sure is funny how oftentimes we come full circle. Now recovering sense of playfulness & wonder to fill void after kids grew up & left i guess!

“I hold it true, whatever befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”

    ~ Alfred, Lord Tennyson

  • @NelsonYogaInversions So tell me more about this ancient martial art of "nada" that you were studying. Ha, Ha!

Yeah its funny how we get started out well in life and then so easily forget all the good habits as we get older! Fortunately we have between us recovered a little!

  • @rolandsc

My background explains why I have discipline skills instilled since youth, but ya gotta realize I literally took 30-years off never practicing nada before picking up yoga.

Husband & I were a good team working together to regain long lost flexibility skills & improve on holding balances to boot!

Nothing like having a personal coach to kick each others butt & motivation!

  • @RickVanderVeen

    Check out TJONTHEBALL‬‎

Now she can really do some amazing stuff!

    not me.

  • @NelsonYogaInversions Now a gymnastics background explains a lot. My childhood background was swimming which explains why I am useless at balance and not much better at flexibility (albeit slightly more flexible than most men at the gym!).

I admire your focus and the professional face of concentration. Its just that having gotten to know you a bit, I know you have a wicked sense of humour. So the odd smile seems fitting!
