ok, i dont have wavy hair, my hair is permed and not long, my questions are: can i still get this look, where would be the best place to get this done, and can u put this in a HIGH and LOW ponytail????

Yes you can get fusion with short hair. check with your local hair salon and ask if they do micro link hair fusion. you can put this in a high /low pony tail.
