I am so jealous of you!!!!!!! I wanna watch him swim, but I'll probably never get the chance in my whole life. :(
GAAH, I would not have been able to stay there as he and Ryan walked by. I would have just screamed and ran up to him and hugged him! I'm still so jealous of you.

@RoseOrianaBasch Haha, I've trained with Michael Phelps in Florida. (Yes, that includes talking to him, shaking his hand, etc ;)

i got to see him swim...my team practices in Baltimore near where his house is and he came to visit us and we watched him swim and he gave us tips on how to swim and stuff

@confessa i saw him swim, my team F.A.S.T (fullerton aquatic swim team) gets free long beach grand pix tickets and i got to see him up close!

yes, we were on TV, especially during the final lap as they zoomed in more on the two lead swimmers. it was a big thrill for my 9-year-old daughter to see herself on TV. I used my little Flip camera. They were very laxed about cameras at the Trials. Probably could have used my camcorder and they wouldn't have said anything.
