  • Johanna was curling 40lbs of each side of that curl bar! That is very impressive. I would like to see her work out at my gym where most of the guys cheat & struggle with 30-35lbs on each side. :)

  • I know, a lot of hater guys can say, "I can do better than that" or "I'm stronger than she is and could kick her ass" or "I'd beat her armwrestling." Maybe they are a pencil arm wimp or Mr. Olympia. Who cares? We just know that she is stronger and more fit than 99% of normal women. She has 16" arms and is still a gorgeous blonde....wow!

  • @jayc342009 Most males get this ART twisted... and go to the gym and seem to always try to out weight rep one another along with poor FORM. This why I congrads Johanna. Not cause she maybe out-curling most average males..... but because she is doing it with correct FORM. You should well know that (female curling that weight with near perfect form) takes years of HARD SOLID TRAINING.

  • @jayc342009 .. that statement was in regards to the FORM of bodybuilding. 40lbs is a lot of weight for a female. Yes, males will push more.. BUT how many of them you see (45lbs and greater) use their back, shoulders... any other body part to complete a rep? This routine, mainly, is suppose to target biceps NOT one's back! A female correctly curling 40lbs would be = to male curling a greater weight with the same ease. I may spot (+me) what? maybe 2 out of 10 male correctly curling >45lbs.
