@spacecowboy95 its good that U see that. its such an artificial baby doll show. instead of coping Russians they could play as if its in Alabama or what . from the other side at the second time its not so bad--got used to their interpretation.

Is this film very accurate of the actual play. Was the lines changed or was there any scenes added or taken out in this film that are or are not in the actual play?
-
My God, what a cast,. Gielgud, Ashcroft, Dench, Tutin and the others. What a marvellous, heart-rending play and what a great playing of it.

It is clear and obivious that the hands of mxat shool have touched this production. J Dench is a incredidble actor that has really impressed me as Anja.

Dame Judi Dench - The Creme de la Creme of British talent. OMG she is so young and beautiful, and I could be wrong but the other actress is that "Nursie" from Blackadder? Great Post.
This is NOT Part 1 of Cherry Orchard -- this is several minutes past Lopakhin's and Ephirodov's speeches. What happened to the first few minutes?!

Judi Denh is never a classic beauty I must say, but she's all about talent and quality performance
