@atreyu9a7x same here man. i know what your talking about.. im trying to get into the sprot for fun but my bike ways 38 pounds and i dont have the money to buy a new one..so looks like im stuck with this one
@atreyu9a7x For balance you need to do al lot of core work! that's the best exercise you can do and a lot of tricks will come easier once you have a strong core. There is nothing else overly important you could you just do a few dumbbell or barbell workouts to increase strength.
@podgemcgrath i used to hit the gym alot actually last year but i avoided the stuff like squats and military presses that i was told stunts growth since im 5'8-5'9 now and the doctor says im supposed to b taller than my bro who is 5'10. so i dont wanna risk losing height haha since i play basketball. but like what workouts should i do that would help with flatland????? and how do i improve my balance? just like practice fooling around with the bike? or is there another way
@atreyu9a7x I'm 15 too man well actually just turned 16 and I ain't that strong neither but I do go to the gym a bit my only problem is balance (like most people) if you feel the bike is too heavy then you need lighter parts! my bike is 37 pounds and I think it's light enough!!
how old do u have to be to b like good at flatland. im 15 and i dont think ive developed the strength to like man-handle my bike like these kids so it comes hard to me.
@CiseDj i was thinking of that...or getting a new dk opsis that weighs about 26-27 pounds for like $250
