I suggest using provera to induce bleeding and start charting your bbt. Around CD 11, start using opks to confirm ovulation as indictated by your bbt graph. If cycle lasts over 50 days, consider using provera to induce bleeding and end the cycle.
NOTE: The study correlating uterine cancer with annovulatory women assumed the cause was the stagnant endometrial lining that was not shed at the proper interval.

@JUNEAICE26 I just saw your questions - since I'm not in the 5ww anymore, I don't get notices when someone asks a question.
Weight reduction can not only reverse testosterone and luteinizing hormone abnormalities seen with PCOS, but also improve glucose, insulin and lipid profiles. Obesity is an important feature with regard to hirsutism because it is associated with an increased levels of unbound testosterone and contributes to the acne and hair growth seen in PCOS.

Hi! I'm 37 and have PCOS. I just was diagnosed with Complex Hyperplasia with suspicious adencarcinoma (cancer). It's not 100% but I'll have to have another D&Cto verify. All our PCOS ladies make sure to have a period. I know easier said than done but see your RE and make sure AF comes to visit every month. Good luck to all!

Definitely! I usually don't start taking my bbt each morning until CD 5.
In order to draw a coverline to determine that your temperature has 'spiked' it needs to be higher than the 6 previous days.
So if you ovulate on CD 14 and have a temperature rise on CD 15, it would need to be higher than CD 9-14's temps.
If that's confusing, simply google 'coverline bbt' and there are lots of websites that show you how to draw the coverline on your bbt graph.
