What if the whole screen has red stuck pixels and in dark colors has green pixels and they flash or flutter very fast and begins to hurt the eyes lol

im gunno to try but i have 2 blue dots over my screen and the first one it cant even see it can see when i put the blue colour over my whole screen and i dunno if this will work and i dont wanna do that trick with the pencil cuz my LCD monitor can get damaged,i even ask some friends to help me,you think this program will work?ive tryed other programs but nothing helps still,so i should take that risk to use that trick?anyways thanks for uploading the video,it was so helpful

What if its an LED screen. Iv noticed that I have a pixel stuck on red. Tried the colour flashing method and it did nothing.
