Weel it appeared two girls. The first one Is Julie-Su, the Echidna. She's Knuckles girlfriend only in the Archie Comics. And the next one is Mina Mongoose, who was once in love with Sonic, but now she dates Ash. She only appears in the comics too; in the 25 years later world of Mobius, she is married to Tails.

You mean the first Sonic Girl on the video ? Her name is Brezzie the Hedgehog. She's a robot created by doctor Robotnik to seduce Sonic and later destroy him. She only apears in two episodes of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (AOSTH).
