Jim TV Shadow REO Tour 2

We did a tour around North SD County Coastal region about a month ago, looking at a few REOs that weren't on the open market yet - here's another handful, but as noted in the beginning, there aren't that many houses that are bank-owned, and not on the market. Once the bank owns them , they've been proceeding without haste. REOs that get delayed in coming to market are those caught up in title/legal battles, or need work.
