Fallout New Vegas No, not much quest

(Also includes Climbing ev'ry mountain and Bitter Springs infirmary blues quests too!)
Hey guys, NortonUserMan here showing a tutorial on how to complete the three quests - No, not much, climb ev'ry mountain and Bitter Springs infirmary blues. The reason i have shown Bitter Springs infirmary blues, is because many people including myself had trouble locating the two books needed to help the medical dude in Bitter Springs. This video has been cut short, for obvious reasons, me walking around is very tedious and has been removed, so all i show is the main dialogue, what to say and where to go. After all, who wants to spend 10 minutes watching someone walking around? I sure don't. If you need any help at all, or any quest with help needed on, feel free to ask me and i'll upload a video as soon as possible, or, simply reply by inbox.

Do you know how to get reinforcements from camp mccarran? i think its glitched because ive done all the quests there and the guy in charge still wont send any :/

@Hangman2TW Give the game some time, complete another quest or two if having this issue and then come back to the quest, do everything for this quest before you try for reinforcements. When all other objectives are complete return to McCarran and you will receive the help you need, then hand in the quest. If you want full scale effectiveness, get your reputation with the NCR to be Idolized/liked, then Colonel Hsu will be happy to oblige whatever.

i couldn't get the reiforcements until i'd killed the traitor officer retrieved the bomb codes from his body and ptdisarmed the bomb in the vent in thr monorail

im having the same camp mccarren problem, ive done every mission for the camp mccarren and my rep for the NCR is Idolized, i walked into Caesars fort and annihilated his entire legion including the Legion forces in Nelson and Cottonwood, i killed Caesar, took out all of the big named fiends, including Motor-Runner, did the Vault 22 mission, and i still cant get Reinforcements for Bitter Springs, its very irritating

@NortonUserMan im also having this problem......but i did everything you sayed and i still have the problem! it could alsobe because i have a rep of a wild child so how do i get it up if i have no missions left because im level 45
