Excellent video. My only questions- my replacement glass did not come with adhesives or replacement clips. (i ordered online, not through you. I am in Australia)

1) can i use double sided tape? It looked like yours had 3G brand double sided tape.

2)where can i get some of the clips from ?

@elvenSeer using 3M VHB or 300LSE tape in 1inch or 1/2 inch width is the best option. We are currently attempting to source the tape in quantity so as we can sell it on our website. When purchasing the glass, simply purchase the mid-frame as well; our mid-frames have the adhesive already applied (leaving you to peel the cover from the dbl-sided tape, then install the glass digitizer to the mid-frame). this is what happen, changing the broken digitizer, witch still work fine, broke the power/ volume flex ribbon cable and the wi-fi flex ribbon cable replace that, then low light/ low visiblely, need a flashlight to see the pictures or objects on the screen, new digitizer works well,new power, volume, and angle switch works, can't see to well to see if wi-fi is working, new LCD screen new LCD cable, this ipad2 is too simple, processor, batterys, wi-fi, daughter bord camera, switches, cables

why do you have little condoms on your fingers?

@ThatGuyHieuThai They are finger cots and used for dealing with sharp edges. You may want to consider purchasing a set if you are going to do this repair on a device with shattered glass.

is there a setting in the program? how about the magnets that's on the side, what is that for? the processor is in a protective cover, batterys are charge, alarm clock goes off every day still, save this and please email this problem to everybody that may help, thank you very much, my daughter will very happy to get her ipad2 back, working
