This is a great song! I'm 29 but I was exposed to good, soulful, QUALITY music like this growing up. My mom often tells my brother and I about how different things were back then (when this came out, she was in college).

.Do you remember how GOOOOD music sounded when we were in our teens and 20s? I feel privileged today knowing that spirituality and great arrangements formed my taste in music...music like this...think back...so many of us..our friends, classmates, co-workers, cousins, parents, teachers who were present then... are not here now.... the song title says it all.... -
Yes! Tune !!!

I remember my sister-in-law with her group X-Cetra performing this on Showtime At The Apollo in 1994! Shouts out to DeeDee, Bridgette & Lenora!!!

This song was a favorite of one of my best friends in the world. She passed away when she was 25. Her name was Gerl. This song brings back so many memories of her and our friendship <3

verdine white on bass; freddie white on drums; al mckay on rhythm guitar; Maurice White the producer; Charles Stepney exec producer - classic EWF grooves. in mid-70s EWF ruled the airwaves. Young people, Yall missed it ... but, fortunately, we've got YouTube for all of you to CATCH-UP. not really -- but, it's worth a try. What a spiritual intro -- then it gets outright FUNKY. Phenix Horns screaming loud and PROUD. by teacawks@yahoo.com
