@Vigormaster Clearly you have never been to Colorado Springs, CO or San Luis Obespo, CA, there are much better cities than Duluth, MN.

This would be more accurately described as driving from Duluth to Superior on the high bridge (Blatnik) and the vantage point is from the passenger seat.
The best view of driving into Duluth would be from Thompson Hill.
