.......until niggas went back to the archives and realized that shit cranked like around 2000-2001 then groovers split and junk was jive slummin and correct me if im wrong but that is when R.E was making alot of of us real go-go heads realize what real go-go was by making some serious radio joints like overnight scenario... But once again that is my opinion.

I know Ima lil late I just gotta say that JYB is was the most cranking band ever to me but they had they best days between like 94 and like early 97 right around the time when where the weed at was a niggas choice at a house party, and yall shouldnt ever forget about the wink-o and sam battle on 3-3-96. And that brings me to my next point, to me groovers was the band from like 97 on to like 2000 cuz the icebox was the truth then of course back got stupid with that skillet but it aint do too much

naw in 98 NEG had shit on lock ... most BYB spots had shut down by 98 ... ibex was gone .. eastside was gone .. sugakane was gone .. all BYB had was the icebox on weds and the met on thurs ... NEG had that icebox on sat which was packed beyond capacity EVERY sat ... but in 95 it was all about JYB ...BYB got more popular in 95 tho ..i would say BYB took over in 1999 ... that skillit CD really pushed them over the top
