I have this, I have since I was little and it sucks seeing people not understand, they don't get that we don't want to eat and sometimes we try to stop but we literally can't without A LOT of distractions.

I'm not surprised by this video but it disappoints me that in all of our supposed advancements, the world is still so narrow-minded....it's encouraging to see how much support the YouTube community is showing sufferers of BED!!

I'm so glad that some people understand this. I'm fourteen and have been doing this for years. Sometimes I can stop, but I end up going to the opposite extreme and don't eat at all. I can't hide not eating though, and if I have to eat a meal with my family or something, I'll hate myself. I'll either start making myself sick or go back to binging. I hate myself so much.

@matthewkcarty Good grief....look, I'm not mad. Nor will I get mad at any of your insults, as personal as they may become. And I never said, it's "scientifically proven", I just said it's an addiction. Also, I never claimed that binging people aren't aware of what they eat or that they all have genetic defects causing obesity.

Oh and....quoting somebody like Voltaire doesn't make you look smarter, nor does it verify your opinion as the one and only righteous.
