To make that 'click' thang you strike the strings with the palm of your right hand, leaving it there to mute. Not sure if that's a great explanation! Come back to me if not :p

Why yes, they are indeed listed as if it were E-standard, in reality they would be completely different chord! Shocking! Hope that helps!

It's standard tuning but tuned down 1 and 1/2 steps so the e strings should be C#, sounds cool don't it?
