People are surely entitled to their opinions, but how is this "ruined"? Its so chill and retro sounding, it's LOVELY. The remix was done with high skill too, not just things thrown together, there is technique and it's clean and seamless.

@TheBlueRevue ehhe well I like the Max Tundra and Gold Panda remixes more because they're extremely upbeat and danceable; this remix I'd enjoy the most while driving through the mountains in the wintertime.
