The brown shakeology tastes good. As for the green one? wow never again.
-
So this stuff is definitely not worth buying if I don't need it for a meal replacement?
-
do you have a video on how to plan a daily diet plan including the protein shakes?
-
Thank you for saving me on buying this crap
no drink is worth 140 yes 140, 119 plus 20dlls on tax and shipping.
Finally someone that does not try to make me buy this product by telling me how
great it is and at the end of the video tells you to check the information bar and clic on the link that will take you to their shakecology account where they will get some money when you buy something. people remember when something sound too good to be truth it's probably no truth.

Just want to point out that if you eat enough food to get the same nutrition as each shakeology serving it would cost you roughly $43 a meal. $43 X 30 days = $1,290

JUST FOUND YOU TODAY!!!! so happy that i did! i have about 60pounds to lose, i'm subscribing now!!!!
I'm not a beach body coach - Shakeology has never been advertised as a "protein powder". It's a balanced meal replacement. If someone wants simple protein powder they can just buy a $30 container of whey

@BackN2Shape A scoop of whey protein and an apple is a meal replacement too! Basically, anything you put into your body should be considered a "meal". And to be quite honest, I'm shocked at the amount of people throwing the term "MEAL REPLACEMENT" around.a meal is a meal is a meal.Is this "Meal" superior to a scoop egg white protein, organic spinach with a side of brown rice? Nope. After 9 years in this industry, I can honestly say that there isn't a powdered "MEAL" or tub of "MEALS" worth $119.

I just happened upon this review. I have heard all the ups and downs of shakeology, and I just can't afford it either way. But I did notice that you said micronutrients are the ingredients? Micronutrients are things that the body doesn't need in great quantity (ie Vitamins and minerals).
CAPtoROTC 1 month ago
@CAPtoROTC For time/simplicity, I gave a more general definition. More importantly, Ingredients are how you determine what type/quality/quantity of micronutrients (vitamins/nutrients/amino acid profile etc) are in certain food (in the case that %dv,amino acid profile etc is not shown). For example, if acai extract is one of the LAST ingredients, you can be certain that the micro nutrient content of acai minerals and antioxidants will be minimal. Just one of many examples
