This was my junior year of high school when I wrestled. I tried to make a song I could warm up to before a match (not the result I wanted), but nevertheless, at our home matches we would come out to this song.
~[LYRICS:]~
[Anonymous Flow]
"Yo."
[Verse 1:]
I come full force like Ron Dayne. Just ta' shift ya brain n' give ya some pain. I'ma wrestler. Not like the rest of 'em, 'cause I'm one of the best of 'em (one of the best of 'em). Read the shirt on my chest; SHS. It's one of the best. And it'll be the one to take out ya breath. We're one big test, don't guess, ya betta' come correct (betta' come correct). And I really don't care if I break ya neck. Because when I win, I'ma take my respect. And don't play with me, because you will get played with. Get layed out, played out like a Wayne playlist. Man, you betta' run when you see the black n' red. Wrestlin' or not, we stay crackin' heads. Funny thing is, people envy n' copy us. So keep ya head up n' watch for us.
[Bridge]:
You can not ever see-e-e us...
You want to always be-e-e us...
You can never ever, ever, ever, ever, beat us...
You will never ever, ever, ever, defeat us...
[Chorus]:
Sanderson wrestlers are the team.
When we come, we make such a scene.
Spartan boys are makin' all the noise.
When we come, you will hear our voice (lets go).
Sanderson wrestlers are the team (uh-huh).
When we come, we make such a scene (yeah).
Spartan boys are makin' all the noise (what-what).
When we come, you will hear our voice (lets go).
[Verse 2:]
I thought I mighta' told you already. Wrestlin' me, you'll be twisted like spaghetti. And trust me on this, the pain won't stop. Ya betta' believe it (ya betta' believe it). We're comin' to tha' top, where some will rise and some will drop. You wanna' meet us? Well, ya betta' beat us. So let me say, good luck on that (good luck on that). I guess you can run ya mouth if ya like. But here at Sanderson, we stay ready fight. If ya wanna' wrestle, well, ya betta' get stronger. Its been a long
day and it's fixin' to get longer. If you hear the cheers, then you know we're here. Starin' at us like deer, all y'all see is fear. The night is just startin'. Get ready to fight, 'cause you're facing a Spartan.
[Bridge] ~ [Chorus]
[Verse 3:]
I'm not gonna' lose, I'ma give it my all. No matter what happens, I'm gonna' stand tall. Now think - who wants to mess with us? No one wants to mess with us (mess with us). Sanderson wrestlers making the scene. We got big-hearted beasts up n' runnin' the team. SHS chargin' n' leadin' Raleigh. And we're not stopping (no, we're not stopping). Ready to charge n' steady for battle. Elbows n' forearms will make ya head rattle. Put your gear on, the war is about to begin. Gamefaces on, and we're ready to win. Who wants to fight the Sanderson spirit? Spartans all yellin' and can't ya hear it? The croud is loud and ready for the showdown. Get ready to go 'cause you're 'bout to get thrown down.
[Bridge] ~ [Chorus]

Yeah, I feel you. I was wrestling 189 Varsity my first year wrestling but I was weighing 175, haha. We didn't have a 189er and I was the best next 171er. Had to wrestle cats dropping from 200ish, haha.
