Why is it that every Kenyan wants their person to be in government as if it is a matter of life and death? Put differently, why have some Kenyans and communities felt consistently marginalised by the successive regimes since independence? Well, the report released recently by the national integration and cohesion commission on ethnic imbalance in the country's public service laid bare what was a poorly kept secret of ethnic discrimination and favouritism especially by top government officials. Citizen TV's Sylvia Chebet spoke to former ethics PS John Githongo and chairman of parliament's committee on equal opportunities and filed the following report
this is all nonsense, kikuyus are the majority hence they should be majority in goverment and public service, however no tribe should be turned down a job if he or she is qualified to do that particular job coz of his/her ethinicity.if u base ur arguements on politics then sack all kikuyus and kalenjins and bring maasai turkana and pokots who r in the wild busy grazing their cattles.alot of minority ethics tribes are not even educated,so where do u start this balance really?shit.

@maddozi Homie enuff already with the mathematical acrobatics...Ideally the best candidate should get the Job. I know it's wishful thinking, but that should be the goal to focus on.
