Me demonstrating a speedcuffs handcuffing technique on my friend Anahi. I didn't want to hurt her... really... Sorry Anahi :)

You don't hi you hit idiot! YOu place the cuff against the wrist and press FIRMLY. The cuff will spin around and then you use your fingers and palm to clamp the cuff the rest of the way. If you're gonna demonstrat, do it PROPERLY!
