  • I miss Champ Car :'(

  • Both IndyCar and NASCAR are no longer racing at The Milwaukee Mile b/c the the promoter failed to pay their sanctioning fees. What does that have to do with the split?

I was a fan of CART, and I'm glad we have a reunified IndyCar with most of the best teams and drivers racing on an even mix of ovals and road/street courses.

  • The final ChampCar World Series race held at The Miwaukee Mile... :(

  • Those were the good days. I miss cart/champcar...

  • Tony George didn't own The Milwaukee Mile. But I guess facts don't matter to you haters.

  • I don't care which series you supported. That's an insult to every IndyCar driver past and present. If today's IndyCar is a joke, then I'd like to see you try racing at over 200 MPH.

  • Ugh. I know the IRL isn't as good as CART was, but I still wish they would race here again.

  • I remember watching this race on my ex girlfriends coutch...remembering thinking it would probably be the last oval CC race I ever saw. Nelson Philippe and Legge stand out in my memory as being suprisingly fast.

  • Any who have the money and passion for IndyCar racing, please invest in the Milwaukee Mile!
