Try some "Pam" type cooking spray inside your mold, it should work.

@drkreepy1 I paid LESS than $10 for mine. I bought 2 foam skulls from Wal Mart for $4 a piece.

@Daniil1Kitkat $2.50 for the mold, $6.00 for the foam. I got six good skulls from it. You'll pay ten bucks for a good lifesize skull in a store.

Rather then using foam, you could use plaster, if you can't find the foam.

I've done plaster too. I set them around my fireplace!
