@IndieStephen Well i've been doing boxing for three years, i'm not an expert but feet work and arms up elbows in are the most important basic things when learning boxing, and his are all poor.

Find it funny that almost every comment is talking shit about Waynes punches. He was obviously trying to just do wild hooks and destroy the bag...which he did. I box at the gym where Fitz Vanderpool and Lennox Lewis trained in Canada and Wayne has very good power. I bet he would hospitalize over 95% of the people who left a comment insulting his punching and technique.
