Sarkozy Assassination Scare at a ceremony to celebrate the departure of the French President from Israel. A single shot was fired, forcing bodyguards to rush Mr Sarkozy and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert away.
The shot however was from an Israeli police officer who apparently shot himself in the head while the French President was boarding his plane.
