The language not quite what we would use ourselves even if it is precisley what goes through our minds when we see litter here but the spirit is reflective of how many here feel.

Litter affects everyione here in more ways than most realise and the cost of removing it impacts each and everyone of us as it is money that Leicester City Council can't spend on other things here that many would like to see.
