Four exercises that can be done simply with a pull-up bar.

1st exercise: Hanging Rows.
Hanging Rows are identical to Seated Cable Rows, except the muscles are also used as stabilizers. Similar to the difference between a Barbell Bench Press and Dumbbell presses, it is more difficult to perform this exercise because of extra muscle recruitment for balance and control.

2nd exercise: "L" Pull-ups.
"L" Pull-ups are pull-ups that work out not only the lats and back, but also the core as well. Having to tighten your core while performing this exercise makes it much more strenuous than a regular Pull-up. This compound workout is great for those who have an easy time with Pull-ups.

3rd exercise: Alternate Kicks.
This workout primarily works out the core. It requires hip pivoting control, mainly to balance yourself to prevent injuries. The lower abs and obliques are both greatly stressed. Perfection of "L" Pull-ups should be a pre-requisite of this exercise.

4th exercise: Windshield Wipers.
This exercise works out the entire core. Slightly bend your elbows to prevent injuries from twisting, and flex your core to add resistance at all times. Perfection of the Alternate Kicks is recommended before performing this exercise.

I did not invent any of these exercises, and the names of these exercises might be different in other people's books. More videos coming soon!

  • Not bad, try using better form by having the upper body parrallel to the floor. In other words, bring your but up higher on the wippers.

  • Being light has NOTHING to do with it, dummies.

    There are lots of guys his size who can't even do 5 push ups, because they're WEAK.

    People have just become accustomed to being obese pigs (This is approx 60% of americans), so activities like this cannot be a decent measure of proportional strength / size ratio, since most big men are just fat lard asses who despite being 200lbs, actually only have about 120lbs worth of power.

  • Those are advanced pull up exercices. One can lose a great amount of body fat in less than a month with a proper diet. Pull up cycle are good too with jumping jack and explosive jump. And it's great if you can avoid food after 6pm if you're trying to lose weight.
