Portal WLYF plates (Aperture Science secret inventions Part 1)

I was working as engineer in Aperture Science, I developed most of the tech you see as a testing subject. But some of my inventions never made it to the test chambers because of some silly safety reasons... No one has ever died in Aperture Science from my inventions, no one! ..Since everyone is dead there now (Yes, I designed the neurotoxin vents, but whatever), I will reveal them one by one, subscribe and stay tuned!

This would be even more awesome if it would let you fall but not cubes or spheres so this would be useful in a chamber as a challenge aka it forces you to bring the cube with you etc. etc.
