Bertie Ahern is a crook and so are many TDs now and before him, however Ahern or Cowen are not the problem with this country, its the way our politics works. The party system does not work in Ireland, people vote for candidates rather than parties, therefore people vote with self intrest at heart, and politicians enter government with self intrest at heart and the country is left out..we need to see massive change in the way we run our country if we want to become a prosperous nation again
