I tried downloading and extracting the file but it says LoadFileName[SURFACE_NOW_L] read failed... do you know what's wrong?

Hmmm, I got this error when I tried to pin the EXE file to WinXP start menu and running from there. Do NOT pin the EXE file to start menu, or place it directly on the desktop! It needs to stay in the original Saikyo folder. Create a LNK shortcut, and pin it to start menu/place to desktop instead. Other than that, I don't know what could be causing that issue.

BTW, I'm the guy who edited the images in this game to English, with some help from a couple of translators! :)

I've played mahjong online a couple games but it's real back n forth as i really never know fully how the multiplier works as i've gotten a bunch of times of ron or tsumo but i couldn't play as i couldn't get the multiplier to work

@zerolines75 It's basically like poker, but with 13 tiles. Match 3 "running" suits (ranging from 1-9 in dot, crack and bam (Peacocks are 1 bam)) and a pair. Get a NEEDED 14th tile to call "ron" (Discard win) or "tsumo" (Self-pick win). Calling "Riichi" (one tile away) is NOT ALWAYS the best strategy, but IS effective for points. It's USUALLY a BIG gamble, though. Also, calling "Pon" (3 same), "Chi" (3 runners) or "Discard Kan" (4 same) will disable Riichi calls (UNLESS, you call "Inside Kan").
