What good are thousands of dollars worth of guns and gear if my body can't employ the systems? First let me start out by saying I am a health professional with degrees in Biology and Kinesiology. I trust the value of the nutrience of this diet and although I have never done anything like this before, I'm not worried. I have the go ahead from my Doctors and a Nutritionist. I may leave this on this channel or move it to 100lbs100miles. (depending on the viewership and reaction because it's not guns & gear.

  • I used to have one of those Juice man Jr. juicers, but it was such a pain to clean, that after awhile I stopped using it. Mostly the grate that separates the pulp. Now I have the Vitamix, and love it -- that thing is so easy to clean. Rinse it, squirt a drop of dish soap, and 3 cups of hot water, run for 2 minutes, rinse, and you're done. It doesn't have all the capabilities, and there are some veggies you have to skin/peel before you juice them. But, I use it a lot more.

  • @762x51n8o I was surprised on how easy and fast it was to clean. I pull it apart dump, rinse and then I work on the grater thing with hot water and the brush it comes with. I think it takes about 5 minutes to clean it all up ready for the next juice. I just have to remember to clean it immediately or the stuff hardens & crusts. (and sticky if it's fruit juice.) I'm going to be juicing for 30 days so it's going to be an adventure. Thanks for watching.

  • @2xEKIA I did about two weeks after I started the juice fast. I made it 10 days before I just had a mild breakdown and started eating again. I had a couple off day and then started it back up again. I am down 26 pounds.

  • Throw a few apples or a pear in there...sweetens it right up.. oh and use regular carrots, not peeled, and organic if you can. The baby carrots are made in a tumbler and most of the vitamins/minerals are gone.. good job on the first juice!

  • I stop using my Juice man Jr. not only cuz of clean up but I wuld spend $5 on apples $3 on carrots more $ on celery, spinach etc and not make even one pint of juice. The stuff taste terrible but if u add just one beet it will sweeten the taste. Talking about health on every box of ammo is a warning that the exposure to lead can lead to birth defects and is carcinogenic I believe in lead free ammo even though it can get expensive. I hate shooters of paint, and leaded ammo who don't clean up afte.

  • I'm a bit eclectic on the stuff I put on my channel, but I like this kind of stuff. And I think it does go with the whole preparedness thing. If you're preparing for bad situations, having your body prepared to meet that challenge is more important than the guns and gear that you're carrying. As you said, what good does the latest and greatest guns and gear do you if you die of a heart attack the first time you have to carry it up a hill.

  • My grandmother use to feed me some wild concoctions and always heavy on the garlic, lol. :)

  • juice is goooood

  • I love fresh juice! Experimenting is great fun.

  • Good stuff here. Guns are kewl, but they aren't everything.
