  • hey, JoeyDatona- GREAT work

  • thanx

  • Oh yeah off Wax Trax's Black Box from the 90's . Love this song. Didn't know there was a conx to THX 1138. Interesting...

  • Around 5 years ago I combined the song and the video clip for a video projection at an art gallery ordeal in Boston...

  • What/who was that guy with the long hair and a beard at the end of the film? He was sitting on some pipes as THX1138 was running by. Before the two officers showed up at the end.

  • They refer to them as 'shell dwellers', midgets that live in the outer shell, one is also held in the white wall-less prison earlier on in the movie. They seem to be genetic mutants or cast-offs, also proto-Jawas I suppose, Lucas seems to like those characters - the little people.

  • Anybody know the origin of THX-1138-WITHOUT LOOKING IT UP ???

It was Lucas' ph. number in San Fran,CA (849-1138);and also appeared in "American Graffiti" as John Milner's license plate number THX-138.

This is the kind of random trivia that clogs the brain of people 48 as of 2 days ago.

  • this video is the shiznit :-)

  • @JoeyDaytona OH SNAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fucking awesome! This is the song I wished they had played at my high school graduation! I bought this record around that time and I thought it would be good BGM for a graduation ceremony but I love the THX 1138 video version too.

  • Awesome video song match-up. This made my day. :-)

  • Lola T 70,one very mean machine!!!

  • @Piggy2bacon I've always wondered what it would be like to have Lemos as a teacher. You should tell him that this song is a classic and ask him to please give you the lyrics, because I've listened to it about 1,000 times and can't quite decipher them all.

  • thank you for posting this song!i LOVE everything bout it.The only way i could listen to it was my old tape. But no more.YAY!!!!!!
