Oh my goodness! I watched her when I was a kid in the inner city. I became very flexible as a result. I surprise many people at how fast I can relax my entire body because of what I learned from her as a child. I have been looking for her videos for a long time. How can I get copies?

I was young pre-teen and I used to do yoga with her just before leaving for school. Don't know what interested me, but I really didn't realize how much it helped me then. Thanks for posting this. Brings back such great memories.

@RonQE I´m sure somebody out there has something more recent. Most people just aren´t into uploading... My tapes are 22-15 years old and I haven´t been back to the states for a period long enogh to do taping (or DVD recording) over there.

@RonQE She's Lillias Folan the grand dame of yoga. She's been doing yoga since the late 60's and has a great tv show called Lillias, Yoga, & You. during the '70's. And she's been doong it still even though she's not just in her 70's she's one sexy looking lady.
