Yes, he played on those songs. Yes they are hits. These are the ones he actually helped write "Visions" from One of These Nights "Too Many Hands" from One of These Nights "Victim of Love" from Hotel California "Hotel California" from Hotel California "The Disco Strangler" from The Long Run "Those Shoes" from The Long Run. His rock n roll chops (Fingers Felder) definitely added to the Eagles who were looking for more of an edge, but not carried or MAJOR element

That's really not true at all. I don't know if he necessarily "carried" them, but he was certainly a major element of the band. Felder joined for On the Border and stayed with the band through their commercial high water mark. Already Gone, Lyin' Eyes, One of These Nights, Take It to the Limit, Hotel California, New Kid in Town, Life in the Fast Lane, Heartache Tonight, The Long Run, I Can't Tell You Why...all feature Don Felder. Seems like "most" of the hits to me.

most of their hits were pre-Felder and they had other hits post-Felder. While he did add substantially to the group, i don't believe he carried them.

felder really carried these guys...he got screwed. henley/frey are kinda doosh Bs. they were just greedy. don fingers felder was the best eagle.
