Ven.Luangta Maha Bua Yanasampanno Pali Chanting & Blessings. Venerable Ajahn Maha Bua (born August 12, 1914), (commonly known in Thai as หลวงตามหาบัว, Luang Ta Maha Bua; alternate spelling Ajahn Maha Boowa) is the common name for Pra Dharma Visuthimongkol (Thai: พระธรรมวิสุทธิมงคล), a revered Buddhist monk. Ajahn Maha Bua is one of the best known Thai Buddhist monks of the late Twentieth and early Twenty-first centuries. He is widely regarded as an Arahant — a living Buddhist saint. He was a disciple of the esteemed forest master Ajahn Mun Bhuridatta, and is now himself considered a master in the Thai Forest Tradition. Listen to his Chanting & Blessing carefully, focus your mind and don't forget to chant " Sadhu" ( once or thrice ) at the end of the Blessings. Never "under estimate" the power of Luangta Maha Bua "Chants" & "blessings"... Listen to it everyday ( morning, day or evening) and you may be "blessed" with a great abundance of merits......). For me & for Thais Ven Luangta Maha Bua is "Best of The Best"... Luangta is The One and Only........
Thanks for sharing. I feel peace every time I hear Luangta's desana, chanting or blessings.
If you pay attention and listen carefully, when Luangta was giving silas (precepts), not just people were repeating the precepts, the birds around there were chirping as if they were repeating the precepts as well.
When Luangta was giving blessings, people were quiet and focused on receiving the blessings. The birds stopped chirping; I thought it's likely they would like Luangta's blessings as well.
