This is Tool's song "Right in Two" matched with footage from the movie "Apocalypto," mixed by facebook.com/wvisions... friend me fellow Tool fans!

I produced this with Apple Final Cut Pro.

I could never afford to gather footage like this on my own...

Mel Gibson and Tool... Strange combination of art.

I de-saturated the footage, re-arranged order and altered the speed of certain clips, and inserted numerous fades.

Thanks for watching! Please rate and offer feedback on my editing style.

MrBiffi. quote that bitches. high five.

  • I wish I could say the same behavior didn't exist today, but It would be a lie. We kill each other in wars, gang wars, you name it. We will always find stupid reasons to divide ourselves right in two.

  • @oaklandrmoss18 Sure, but this one is pretty clear cut. Tool's songs have meanings, or else Maynard would have just released one song, having made guttural sounds in the mike for people to interpret. Just look at the lyrics. It's about how humans divide each other and kill over everything, always trivial like "pieces of the ground". How do you not fucking get that? "Why did father give these humans free will?". "Give them thumbs they forge a blade". I don't want to limit their work, but...

  • All I have to say is: Danny Carey.
