fuck an xc bike!!!! those things r gay! just get a downhill fully or a just like a dirt jumper, u dont even need a fully for galbraith. you need a good jumping bike if u wanna ride galbraith or else its not that fun

Galbraith is up in Bellingham, in Washington. If you are looking for a good bike and don't mind it being used, check pinkbike.com to get really good prices. If you are just starting out you might want to get a simple xc bike, and once you ride all the types of trails you can figure out what kind of riding you want to do. A good starter xc bike would be a specialized rockhopper or many of the trek bikes. But before you buy a bike try to test ride as many as you can at a bike store.

galby has a lot of freeride stuff, so a full suspension would handle these much better, so you might want to look at something more like a bighit
