I get several emails weekly on what kind of waxes should I buy, I cant afford the DeWalt and so on so I thought I would shoot a video to help everyone out.
Yes, my DeWalt is expensive at $300.00 and with the backing plate, almost another $50.00. Yeah, to expensive for most people.
But in the 10 or so years I have had my DeWalt, the only thing I have had to replace is the cord and to replace the brushes twice and I did this myself. The brushes were $7.00. What a great investment.
Believe me, my DeWalt takes a beating as I use it EVERYDAY extentsively.
The other guys can keep their Makitas. As far as I am concerned, those are pieces of @#%& and will not last nearly as long as what my DeWalt has lasted
I am going to show everyone an affordable alternative that will work JUST as good as those Makitas.
Its a Chicago digital high speed buffer. This is what I have for my backup and for $35.00, its a great deal and very affordable.
I bought this at Harbor Freight and they normally sell for $50.00 and thats a deal also. When you go there to buy this, ask if they have any instore coupons or sign up with your email and you will get their flyer that way. There are always coupons in that that will help reduce the cost further more for you as I bought mine again for ONLY $35.00.
Its not my DeWalt but its a great backup to have. Go buy one and dont worry about the fact that you dont have a Makita because your waisting your money and this one will do the same thing for a fraction of the cost.
You will like this one.
I hope this helps out everyone that wants to buy one but cant afford a Cadillac.
Good video. Is all of that detailing giving you Parkinsons? Using my dual-action buffers gives me terrible cramps!

Ive seen this guy work up close, and all I can say is I'm impressed. This guy is the best at what he does, and his work ethic is admirable. Recently, he has done an amazing job cleaning up the headlights on my '98 Ford F-150. I cant give him enough credit. Its hard to believe he is fighting Parkinson's disease, and he still does the best job! He's really upfront and honest about what he does; he posts nearly all of his work on youtube
