  • Oh and our summer face smoothie is what we call Mellow Yellow Baby...it tastes like something from my childhood...raw almond mylk or coconut water (depending on whether you need/want extra or fewer calories), pineapple, mango, orange and lucuma...dreamy and creamy...makes great popsicles too...love you guys, until our paths meet again we will see you on screen!   • SEVEN! After every work out. I use frozen berry and frozen greens like spinach or asparagus. I usually use Hemp protein but I'm looking for another non animal non soy protein to alternate with sense Dr. Mercola said that consuming too much of one protein can cause an allergy. Thanks for the video, you guys are hot.
