@Vp4lif3 If you don't know what I'm talking about, rewatch Rampage vs Arona. That's what's gonna happen in a real situation. Fedor would not stand any chance against Randleman if they fought on a concrete. MMA is a safe combat sport, not real fight.

Triangle choke from guard position is a typical kosen Judo technique. As some of you may know, Kosen Judo was fought between national elite college students back in those days. They fight clean and they respect each other. If you apply this move in the street against, say, black dudes, they will pick you up and slam you into instant coma. If the guy is not strong enough to slam you, he can still use his fingers to rip your genitals off. Triangle choke is not always practical.

Maia's Jitz is so overrated.. he would have a tuff time beating a top UFC fighter in a grappling match which is where the best grapplers are
