Rally of the Tall Pines 2010 SS06 Lake (Part 02)

Rally of the Tall Pines 2010 SS06 Lake with Team Autochoad : Sean Burke and Nathan Werner in the 1991 Honda CRX from Butler PA USA. We had all the timing down and were really grooving. Unfortunately it appers in Part 2 that the final drive possible becomes damaged and the transmission fails 2/3 of the way to the completion of the stage.

We run a ZC engine becsuse they are cheap and don't hang as low as the B16. The B16 seemed like little gain for a great amount of cost and having to buy a custom oil pan to not be so low. A turbo would be the next step for us to increase power I would think. It's all up to Sean's budget and creativity.

thank you so much! we appreciate hearing from you and i will tell Sean (the driver). we don't have much but we push it all to the limit. this was our first DNF (did not finish) so we were bummed but we had a smile the whole way home because Bancroft and the organizers were so great! This was such a professional rally, I can't say anything we have done compares to this one. Thanks!

As someone who has driven on these roads for the last 35 years and the former owner of a CRX Si you guys impressed the crap out of me. Too bad you guys were unable to finish the race. The Tall Pines Rally does have a reputation for eating cars.
