@salazar8675bgs It's actually extremely easy to assemble. All you need is to screw in 6 screws (the vertical handle into the base) and you're all set. This is a very efficient way to exercise and if you're doing a variety of positions and really challenging yourself in each one, it is definitely equivalent to lifting weights for 60 minutes at the gym :)

@bjemadi I do maintain a very healthy lifestyle. I am guessing that because of a severe concussion that I had when I was very young, this may be causing the headaches. I was told if you had a concussion avoid this machine.
