@dudiahmed Yes is normal, what weighs so much is the video format is. avi, but when they join in windows movie maker, weighs much less, at least so happen to me. Sorry for the spelling, but I speak Spanish. PEACE!

the video quality is very good for a very cheap camera

compare that quality to the nokia 5530 :)

i have this camera too its a great camera for beginner say yes and buy the CANON POWERSHOT A480!!!!

i bought this camera yesterday ... and i got a 2 GB memory card but when i tried to record a video , it told me that i have only 16 minutes and 39 seconds of video time to record ... i formatted the memory on my PC but it did it again .. the video quality is good but not 1.8 GB for an 16 minutes video . this is not HD camera .. i wonder if this normal or what ??

I dunno if you guys can see this but there is are some fairly noticeable vertical line streaks across the screen especially when filming distant objects. Not the clearest camera of video you can get but certainly the cheapest for its options.

you can convert videos from this camra with total video convertor but not in every format.. to add some comments on video you must use windows movie maker or sony vegas program ( its a little bit more complicated)

if you convert videos with tvc the quallity will never be the same like the original video from the camra which is the best one, but problem is that its so large video to put on youtube, therefore I convert my videos for youtube

its about as good as video.Maybe better.Maybe worse.But only a little little barerly noticable difference
