GYROSCOPE HOME MADE ON THE LATHE

Got bored at work today so after pondering I remembered my little boys face when he saw a gyroscope once before so I thought I'd make a proper one!!!! You can hear it vibrates a bit so I'll have a go at balancing it ,with a really good tug on the string I have had it running for over 5 minutes!!

That's just a spinning top, a gyroscope does spin but only the wheel in the middle, the bottome and top do not
