As someone who spent a year or two learning how to play bagpipes (starting around 4th Grade), I have to say that this is incredibly novel, and unlike anything I've heard! (And THAT is saying something! Even without the bagpipe study! ;-) )

You & I are on the same page, here; Petrosspetrosgali - I found it quite amusing as well. It is weirdness personified, and I love weirdness!! I was going through my favorited videos; and of course this is one of them; and I just had to hear/see it once again!

He's playing Pakistani bagpipes I think - imitation highland bagpipes. Very odd fingering - not highland bagpipe fingering technique. Flat too because of that (and tone is absolute Pakistani type bagpipes). About all that can be said is at least his cheeks don't bulge and that is really good.
